Dad’s Nutella Breakfast Cake
Ingredients:
1 ripened banana
1/4 Cup Gluten free oat flour
1 Tbsp rolled oats
2 Tbsps milk of choice
1 tsp coconut sugar ( or packed brown sugar will work )
1 Tbsp melted coconut oil
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 Tbsp peanut butter
1 tsp nutella
1 Tbsp chocolate chips
Directions:
Pre heat oven to 350º. In a small bowl combine peanut butter and Nutella and mix together thoroughly and set aside.
Combine remaining ingredients in a medium sized bowl with your peanut butter/Nutella mixture and mix together until just combined.
Bake at 350º for 20 minutes and garnish with chocolate chips if you’d like. Dig in and enjoy!!
