Dad’s Nutella Breakfast Cake

Ingredients:

  • 1 ripened banana

  • 1/4 Cup Gluten free oat flour

  • 1 Tbsp rolled oats

  • 2 Tbsps milk of choice

  • 1 tsp coconut sugar ( or packed brown sugar will work )

  • 1 Tbsp melted coconut oil

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • 1 Tbsp peanut butter

  • 1 tsp nutella

  • 1 Tbsp chocolate chips

Directions:

  1. Pre heat oven to 350º. In a small bowl combine peanut butter and Nutella and mix together thoroughly and set aside.

  2. Combine remaining ingredients in a medium sized bowl with your peanut butter/Nutella mixture and mix together until just combined.

  3. Bake at 350º for 20 minutes and garnish with chocolate chips if you’d like. Dig in and enjoy!!
