Dad’s Feel Good Chicken Marinade

Ingredients:

  • 1 Lb boneless chicken thighs ( or cut of chicken desired )

  • 1 oz chicken stock ( shot glass )

  • 1/2 oz dry white wine ( 1/2 shot glass

  • 1 tsp olive oil

  • 1/2 to 1 tsp of sea salt (or until you fell you’ve added enough salt )

  • Cracked pepper ( or until you feel you’ve added enough pepper )

  • 1 tsp Herb blend ( I use Pot Herbs from www.thespicehouse.com or you can use a fresh sprig of rosemary and thyme )

  • 2 minced garlic cloves

  • 1/2 shallot minced

  • 1/2 white or yellow onion minced

  • 1 minced carrot

  • 1 minced celery stock

  • 1/4 tsp ground turmeric

Note: If you do not have an herb blend of spices, you can definitely substitute with a couple fresh sprigs of rosemary and thyme.

Directions:

  1. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl or ziplock bag and mix together thoroughly. Refrigerate for 4 to 24 hours and you can bake, pansear, air fry or of course… GRILL! Just make sure you cook the chicken until it has an internal temperature of 160 degrees. This recipe is amazing on a sandwich, noodles, a salad or crispy roasted potatoes. Enjoy!
