Dad’s Cheesebutta Burger
Ingredients:
2 Lbs ground beef
1 package Cheesebutta original cheese balls www.cheesebutta.com
1 Tbsp kosher salt or favorite burger blend of your choosing ( I use a prime steak blend from www.gindos.com ).
3 minced garlic cloves
1/2 minced red onion ( slice the other half and use it on your burger at the end )
1 Tbsp mayonnaise or vegan mayonnaise
2 or 3 tsps or Worcestershire sauce
Directions:
Combine the beef, salt, garlic, red onion, mayo and Worcestershire sauce in a large mixing bowl and combine thoroughly.
form your patties and using your thumb press down in the middle and create a depression. Place 1 cheesebutta ball in the depression and cover your burger patty with another burger patty and fit the two together.
Grill until you reach your desired level of doneness. ( Note: beef should be cooked until it reaches an internal temp of 145 degrees )
towards the end of your cook you should spread some www.cheesebutta.com roasted garlic spread on your burger bun and broil for 3 to 4 minutes
build your burger with some lettuce, red onion and tomato, slice and enjoy the cheesiest most delicious burger you’ve ever had!
