Dad’s Cheesebutta Burger

Ingredients:

  • 2 Lbs ground beef

  • 1 package Cheesebutta original cheese balls www.cheesebutta.com

  • 1 Tbsp kosher salt or favorite burger blend of your choosing ( I use a prime steak blend from www.gindos.com ).

  • 3 minced garlic cloves

  • 1/2 minced red onion ( slice the other half and use it on your burger at the end )

  • 1 Tbsp mayonnaise or vegan mayonnaise

  • 2 or 3 tsps or Worcestershire sauce

Directions:

  1. Combine the beef, salt, garlic, red onion, mayo and Worcestershire sauce in a large mixing bowl and combine thoroughly.

  2. form your patties and using your thumb press down in the middle and create a depression. Place 1 cheesebutta ball in the depression and cover your burger patty with another burger patty and fit the two together.

  3. Grill until you reach your desired level of doneness. ( Note: beef should be cooked until it reaches an internal temp of 145 degrees )

  4. towards the end of your cook you should spread some www.cheesebutta.com roasted garlic spread on your burger bun and broil for 3 to 4 minutes

  5. build your burger with some lettuce, red onion and tomato, slice and enjoy the cheesiest most delicious burger you’ve ever had!
