Air Fryer Chickpeas

Ingredients:

  • 15 oz can chick peas

  • 1 tsp sea salt

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

  • 1/2 tsp cracked pepper

  • 1 minced garlic clove

  • 1 Tbsp minced red onion

Directions:

  1. Pre heat your air fryer to 390º and drain your chickpeas

  2. Place your chickpeas in a medium sized mixing bowl, add your remaining ingredients and toss until evenly coated

  3. Place in the air fryer for 20 minutes remove and try them out. If you’d like them a bit crispier replace for an additional 2 to 3 minutes.

Note:

Feel free to throw them all in a bowl and snack on them as is like popcorn or spear them with a toothpick and dip in your favorite dipping sauce.
