Air Fryer Chickpeas
Ingredients:
15 oz can chick peas
1 tsp sea salt
1 tbsp olive oil
1/2 tsp cracked pepper
1 minced garlic clove
1 Tbsp minced red onion
Directions:
Pre heat your air fryer to 390º and drain your chickpeas
Place your chickpeas in a medium sized mixing bowl, add your remaining ingredients and toss until evenly coated
Place in the air fryer for 20 minutes remove and try them out. If you’d like them a bit crispier replace for an additional 2 to 3 minutes.
Note:
Feel free to throw them all in a bowl and snack on them as is like popcorn or spear them with a toothpick and dip in your favorite dipping sauce.
