Pico de Gallo
Ingredients:
1 whole white onion chopped
12 oz roma tomatoes chopped
1 bunch cilantro chopped
2 minced garlic cloves
1 serrano pepper chopped
1 lime juiced
1 tsp sea salt
Ingredients:
Prep ingredients and place everything in a large mixing bowl and mix together thoroughly.
Dip immediately as salsa or refrigerate and use later for tacos!
