Steak Dijon Flatbread

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 five to six oz steak filet

  • 1 flatbread

  • 1 to 2 Tbsps spicy dijon mustard ( enough to cover your flatbread, this is my favorite dijon: www.traderjoes.com )

  • Micro greens for garnish

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Lightly toast your flatbread on either side and keep warm.

  2. Season and grill your steak to your desired level of doneness. Medium rare for me… always.

  3. Spread your dijon mustard over your entire flatbread… like a pizza! Then slice your steak into thin slices and rest on your flatbread.

  4. This step is super duper important you guys! Take the steak juice remaining in your plate after slicing and pour over your steak on the flatbread. Don't forget this!

  5. Garnish with either micro greens, parsley or… mustard greens?? Fresh cracked pepper?? You decide.
