Crock Pot Tortilla Soup

One of my family’s fall time favorite soups. This recipe is simple, low maintenance and filled with BIG flavor!

INGREDIENTS:

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Grease crockpot with clarified butter and line the bottom with your chopped onion, garlic and shallot.

  2. Add remaining ingredients and set crock pot to low setting

  3. Cook for 8 hours. Shred chicken and add salt and pepper to taste if necessary.

Sidenote: dress your bowl with chopped avocado, crushed tortilla chips and shredded cheese… YUM!
