Cream Cheese Filling

Ingredients:

  • 8 oz block of softened cream cheese

  • 1/2 cup of powdered sugar

  • 1 tsp of powdered vanilla www.nielsenmassey.com

  • 1/4 cup milk

Directions:

  1. Place all ingredients in a medium sized mixing bowl and mix together thoroughly. ( I would use a hand held electric mixer when mixing together these ingredients )

  2. Once desired consistency has been reached then cover and store in the refrigerator until you are ready to use your filling. ( I used this filling in my Pumpkin Oat Loaf and it was awesome! You could also use it on cinnamon rolls, cookies, anything your heart desires. )
