Fondue Sourdough Crackers!
Ingredients:
400 grams sourdough starter discard
1 Tbsp olive oil
1 minced garlic clove
2 tsps fresh cracked pepper
Heaping 1/2 cup grated gruyere cheese
Directions:
Preheat your oven to 350ยบ
Combine all your ingredients in a large mixing bowl and stir together until well incorporated.
Pour your mixture out on to a large parchment lined cookie sheet or split between two parchment lined cookie sheets.
Spread the mixture out on your cookie sheet using a spatula into a large thin sheet and bake for 10 minutes
Remove from the oven and score your sourdough into square like cracker shapes using a sharp knife
Replace in your oven and bake for an additional 40 minutes
Remove, let cool and then snack to your hearts content!
