Fondue Sourdough Crackers!

Ingredients:

  • 400 grams sourdough starter discard

  • 1 Tbsp olive oil

  • 1 minced garlic clove

  • 2 tsps fresh cracked pepper

  • Heaping 1/2 cup grated gruyere cheese

They are sooooooooo good!!!

Directions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 350ยบ

  2. Combine all your ingredients in a large mixing bowl and stir together until well incorporated.

  3. Pour your mixture out on to a large parchment lined cookie sheet or split between two parchment lined cookie sheets.

  4. Spread the mixture out on your cookie sheet using a spatula into a large thin sheet and bake for 10 minutes

  5. Remove from the oven and score your sourdough into square like cracker shapes using a sharp knife

  6. Replace in your oven and bake for an additional 40 minutes

  7. Remove, let cool and then snack to your hearts content!
