Dad’s Chia Pudding

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups coconut milk

  • 6 Tbsps chia seeds

  • 1 Tbsp honey

  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon

  • 1/4 tsp salt

Directions:

  1. Combine all your ingredients in a sealable jar, tighten the lid and shake to incorporate. Place in the fridge for 2 hours.

  2. Remove from fridge and stir ingredients together well to remove any clumping of the chia seeds and replace in the fridge for 12 to 18 hours.

  3. Remove from the fridge, pour in a jar and top with granola, fresh fruit, or anything you want honestly. Enjoy!
